A ready-to-implement program that helps students understand ADHD, identify how it affects thems, learn practical strategies, recognize their strengths, and develop an individual ADHD success plan.
This is my signature program to help students with ADHD and Executive Function challenges learn about, understand, and thrive with ADHD!

Overview
When students are identified as having ADHD, they often have no idea what that means or how to deal with it. This program features a complete research-based curriculum that teaches them what ADHD is (including an overview of how the brain works and what Executive Function is). Then, it helps understand how ADHD affects them and their lives, specifically, including what activities and areas of their lives are impacted and how.
It includes several helpful worksheets, activities, and assignments along the way.
Next, students learn ways to manage ADHD symptoms, with techniques, tips, and tricks. They learn about identifying, developing, honing, and utilizing strengths to help them success and thrive, and make action plans to facilitate positive change.
Interactive, well-organized program with engaging curriculum, and language and concepts that kids, ages 10 and older and teens can easily understand.

Option 1: Contract with Me to Present the Program to Students (individually or in small groups) Virtually
Option 2: Purchase the Program to Implement at Your School
You have two options for this program. You can contract with me to provide online/virtual individual or small group sessions with identified students at your school, or you can purchase the program (and curriculum) from me, and use it with your students.
Option 1 - Contracted Virtual Progam Implementation
You identify students who would benefit from this program, and arrange for them to participate individually and/or in a small group. I will meet virtually with the student/s on a weekly, twice-weekly (or other pre-determined) basis. The program consists of 12 30-to-40 minute sessions. Additional “maintenance” sessions can be added as needed.
